Yoga Cucina Au Naturel Itinerary

Join us as we get nude* in the lush Southern Highlands on a long weekend of delicious yoga, juicy produce and hand plucked natural wines – February 7-10, 2019.

*The food and wine will be naked, not the people.

THE ITINERARY

Thursday, February 7, 2019

6pm Landing: Ditch your wagon, stash your rucksack and slip into something a little more comfortable.

7pm Fiesta: Join us in the lounge for refreshments followed by a colourful feast of the seasons best, paired with naked wines.


Friday, February 8, 2019

9am Deep Rinse: “Ain't nobody dope as me I'm dressed so fresh so clean. (So fresh and so clean clean)” – OutKast. Cleanse your nadis in a dynamic morning yoga practice with Aly.

11am Love Juice: Slide up to the table for a bountiful brunch.

1pm Get Pickled: Wash your paws and prepare to get pickled in a very special workshop with Cornersmith’s Alex Elliot-Howery.

4pm Snacks: Afternoon snack time with Grace and Ange.

5pm Iridescent: Tune in to the shine of your own luminosity in a spacious yin experience with Aly.

8pm Dine Well: “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” ― Virginia Woolf. Meet us at the table for dinner.

9am 100% Organic: Polish inside and out in a juicy flowing yoga practice with Claire.

11am Start Me Up: Kick on the starter for a beautiful brunch.

2pm Go Bush: Clad your hooves for an optional outdoor adventure (swimming hole if it’s hot, vineyards if it’s not) or take the time to chill.

4pm Snacks: Afternoon snack time with Grace and Ange.

5pm Respiration: Breathe the air in a fresh chill flow session with Claire.

8pm Sticky Fingers: Turn on your taste buds for our final feast.
