The perfect Spritz!
Aperitivo! The golden time late afternoon when Italians gather to chat, relax, people watch and work up an appetite for dinner almost always includes a Spritz or two. With crisp, bubbly prosecco and a bitter sweet apertif, there are few things more refreshing.
How to make it
Fill a large wine glass half way up with ice. Add 45 ml of Aperol, 45 ml of dry Prosecco and a dash of soda water. Garnish with an orange slice and drink immediately. Cincin!
