Join us in the exquisite natural beauty of the Bay of Fires, Tasmania, on a long weekend of grounding yoga, and the best locally sourced produce and wine – 21-23 March 2025.
Dig your toes into white sand beaches, dive into clear crystal ocean and explore the orange lichen-covered boulders that make this part of north eastern Tasmania unique. We will move through twice daily yoga practices with Claire Blackwood and Sarah Stacey, explore the magnificent coastline, and come together over beautiful food.

The Food: We love a table that's loud, messy and liberally scattered with crusty bread and incredible wine. Far from the brown rice and undressed greens of a traditional yoga retreat, our food is made with hands and heart, a celebration of the best seasonal produce and Italian flavours.
The Yoga: We bring a playful approach to the yoga practice that combines a balanced and progressive flow with a focus on alignment, for calm and connection. Sequenced to be accessible to people of all levels, expect a multi-sensory experience with plenty of juice.
